Our 3-Stage Quality Control Process
Product quality starts with qualified materials. Before production begins, incoming materials are verified against purchasing specifications:
Material Identification: Verification of alloy grades, plastic types, or raw specifications.
Dimensional & Surface Inspection: Verification of incoming sizes, surface conditions, and quantity.
Documentation Review: Verification of supplier Mill Test Reports (MTR) and raw material certificates.
Quality is monitored continuously throughout production. Our operators and quality personnel perform inspections at defined stages to verify:
Critical dimensions and tolerances.
Visual appearance, surface finish, and assembly requirements.
Key machine and process parameters.
Every production order undergoes a comprehensive final inspection before shipment based on approved specifications and customer requirements.
Customized Sampling: Inspections can be performed according to your preferred AQL sampling standards.
Key Verifications: Dimensional inspection, functional testing, packaging integrity, and shipping label accuracy.
